  • Conduct pre-audits of all invoices and payment vouchers from Islamabad, Peshawar & Quetta offices under the Community Health Directorate (CHD) project
  • Monitor the operational activities of CHD projects based in Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and other districts
  • Conduct visits for review of program reports at different locations in Peshawar & Quetta as directed
  • Prepare reports on the audit of operational activities of assigned departments
  • Review the progress of audit assignments to ensure effective and efficient completion
  • Carry out regular follow-up with departments within CHD to update the implementation status of prior audit reports
  • Supervise the examination and analysis of records to ensure transaction accuracy and compliance with laws and policies
  • Mentor and train subordinates to improve their work efficiency and audit skills
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with departmental heads
  • Conduct performance appraisals of relevant audit staff
  • Assist Senior Managers in developing the Annual Audit Plan and maintaining audit documentation
  • Assist Senior Managers in developing standard procedures for efficient audit activities
  • Assist Senior Managers in conducting special investigations and reviews
