Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess and review new sites, including conducting site surveys and submitting assessment reports
• Assist HOD Operations in developing project proposals, cost and time estimates, and budgets
• Develop layouts and designs for outreach containers and fixed facilities
• Prepare and coordinate project Civil, MEP, and ID BOQs, technical specifications, and engineering estimates along with PRFs
• Oversee all site constructions to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed construction reports
• Coordinate with Procurement and Finance departments for vendor onboarding and payments
• Verify bills and invoices as per SOP and prepare completion certificates for vendors
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Assist HOD in developing the department's annual budget and yearly goals
• Participate and coordinate in meetings with architects, end-users, and construction teams
• Travel frequently to sites to monitor progress and quality
• Prepare BOQs for operational site renovations and execute jobs across Pakistan
• Perform any other tasks as instructed by senior management
