Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist and supervise activities related to clinical and service quality improvement within the hospital
- Collaborate with Medical & Nursing staff to enhance quality standards
- Support the Head of Department/Manager of QIPS in JCIA related quality initiatives
- Facilitate quality-related initiatives by interacting with Physicians/Managers and other staff
- Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems
- Fulfill other departmental responsibilities as assigned by the Head of QIPS
