• Assist in national and international accreditations and quality initiatives
• Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems
• Perform other departmental responsibilities as assigned
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems
• Implement established performance metrics and monitor quality indicators
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Conduct training programs for staff on quality improvement methodologies and patient safety practices
• Provide support to end users in maintenance and analysis of the 'Incident Reporting System'
• Analyze identified risks to identify root causes of system failures
• Enhance system performance through process improvement
• Formulate reports on system performance and risk analysis
• Analyze data related to patient outcomes, safety incidents, and quality metrics
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on quality improvement initiatives and outcomes
