• Proficiency in FEFO (First Expired First Out) stock management
• Skill in preparing and maintaining GRNs
• Capability to assist in filling departmental requisitions
• Knowledge of maintaining cleanliness standards in storage areas
• Experience in record-keeping for goods received and issued
• Coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Ability to monitor physical stock
• Experience in maintaining temperature records for rooms and refrigerators
• Capability to transport medicines to various pharmacy locations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and handle medicines and goods from suppliers
• Ensure proper storage conditions, including temperature control
• Arrange stock according to the FEFO method
• Prepare and submit GRNs to the Billing department daily
• Assist in filling requisitions for all departments under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness standards of refrigerators, racks, and tables
• Keep records of all documents for goods received and issued
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for optimal store conditions
• Monitor physical stock of daily issued and received goods
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring daily room and fridge temperatures
• Transport medicines and goods from stores to different pharmacy locations
• Provide cover for Pharmacy Assistants during their absence
