Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and handle medicines and other goods from suppliers
• Ensure proper storage of medicines under prescribed conditions (temperature, etc.)
• Arrange stock according to the First Expired First Out (FEFO) method
• Prepare and maintain records of Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
• Submit GRNs to the Billing department daily
• Assist in filling requisitions from all departments under supervision
• Ensure cleanliness standards of refrigerators, racks, and tables in the pharmacy
• Maintain records of all documents for goods received and issued
• Coordinate with House Keeping and Maintenance for temperature, light, and cleanliness
• Monitor physical stock of daily issued and received goods
• Assist in monitoring daily room and fridge temperature
• Transport medicines and goods from stores to different pharmacy locations
