Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize capacity building training, workshops, and meetings for staff on project interventions in coordination with district health authorities
• Monitor all project-related activities at the district and community levels
• Regularly organize coordination meetings, share meeting minutes with the Program Manager, and act on action points
• Ensure monthly reports are prepared, collected, and submitted to the Program Manager on time
• Maintain all program databases (MIS, training, and log data) at the district level in a timely manner
• Participate and ensure all planned activities during the HPV campaign are rolled out on time
• Conduct monitoring and supervisory visits at the district level, providing supportive monitoring and ensuring quality
• Strictly follow monthly and quarterly program implementation plans
• Prepare monthly reports as per the program's needs
• Provide data in an orderly manner for monthly/quarterly progress updates
• Undertake any other task assigned by the Supervisor
