Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all field data collection activities in the assigned district
- Finalize field plans and enumerator deployment schedules to ensure smooth implementation of household surveys, FGDs, and KIIs
- Manage and oversee enumerator teams, ensuring adherence to the approved sampling methodology, survey protocols, and ethical standards
- Engage with communities, Local Support Organizations (LSOs), and local authorities to facilitate smooth access to survey locations and respondents
- Ensure that household surveys are conducted according to the approved sampling plan and field procedures
- Conduct regular field visits to data collection sites to observe interviews and ensure proper implementation of survey tools
- Ensure data quality and consistency by reviewing submitted questionnaires daily for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to skip logic
- Conduct spot checks and back-checks of completed interviews to verify data quality
- Lead daily debriefing sessions with enumerators to discuss challenges, clarify questions, and provide guidance for improving data quality
- Monitor progress against daily targets and ensure timely completion of fieldwork
- Act as the focal point for coordination with LSOs, local authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate scheduling and organization of FGDs and KIIs
- Report field progress, operational challenges, and data quality issues to the project team on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with ethical protocols, informed consent procedures, and confidentiality standards during data collection
