- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior role related to IT Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Audit.
- Contractual Basis: Employment is on a contractual basis for three years, with potential for renewal.
Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
- Graduation with a Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the field of IT
- At least 05 years of experience in a senior level position across IT Governance and/or Risk and/or Compliance and/or Audit and/or Internal Controls
- Demonstrable experience and proficiency in relevant tools, models, and frameworks for IT Governance, Strategy, and Architecture
- Ability to design, implement, and sustain IT Strategy, IT Governance, and Enterprise Architecture frameworks
- Strong expertise in IT Risk Management and Governance, including integration with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Proven capability to develop and maintain IT compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory, legal, and industry standards
- Experience in establishing governance structures, policies, processes, standards, and performance metrics for enterprise-level IT projects
- Ability to align IT strategy with business strategy and understand the impact of governance decisions on IT metrics
- Expertise in resource demand planning, capacity modeling, IT budget management, and expenditure controls
- Strong communication skills to articulate the value, benefits, and function of IT Governance and IT Strategic Planning
- Capability to manage IT-related HR matters, including organizational structure, headcount management, training planning, and workforce governance
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish, execute, and mature IT Governance frameworks, models, processes, structures, and decision-making mechanisms
- Embed an automation-first mindset by ensuring automation is incorporated into IT processes, functions, and activities to enhance efficiency, control, and scalability
- Develop and govern strategic, operational, and technical decision-making processes, ensuring IT services align with the Bank's priorities, enterprise objectives, and defined risk appetite
- Act as a single point of contact for enterprise IT Governance matters, including IT Strategy, IT Policy Governance, Portfolio Governance, and IT Risk Management
- Ensure IT processes, controls, and activities are designed and implemented in compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage engagement with internal and external audit, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders, ensuring timely coordination, reporting, issue resolution, and closure in a matrix environment
- Define, implement, and oversee enterprise-level project and program governance, including policies, standards, SDLC, change management, performance metrics, periodic reviews, and quality audits
- Conduct gap assessments against new and emerging regulations, frameworks, and best practices, and lead their adoption and implementation across the Group in collaboration with corporate oversight functions
- Drive continuous improvement across IT Governance and operational processes, evaluating the impact of governance decisions on IT performance metrics, delivery timelines, and strategic execution
- Design, develop, and maintain management dashboards, analytical tools, and presentations to support strategic planning, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and executive decision-making
- Lead people, performance, and capability management, including goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, addressing underperformance, maintaining organizational structures, identifying skill gaps, and implementing structured training and certification programs
- Manage IT financial governance and operational execution, including preparation and custody of the annual IT budget, monitoring expenditures, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks in line with approved schedules, Bank's procedures, and supporting the CTO and supervisors on additional assignments
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
