Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in IT, Risk, or Compliance
• Demonstrable experience with IT governance tools, models, and frameworks
• Proficiency in IT Risk Management and Governance
• Experience in developing and maintaining IT compliance frameworks
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage IT-related HR matters
• Experience in establishing governance structures and policies
• Expertise in IT strategy and enterprise architecture
• Ability to align IT strategy with business objectives

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and sustain IT Strategy, IT Governance, and Enterprise Architecture frameworks
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Develop and maintain IT control frameworks and best practices
• Manage IT resource demand planning, capacity modeling, and expenditure controls
• Articulate the value and function of IT Governance and IT Strategic Planning
• Manage IT-related HR matters, including headcount management and training
• Establish, execute, and mature IT Governance frameworks
• Embed an automation-first mindset across IT processes
• Develop and govern strategic, operational, and technical processes
• Act as a single point of contact for enterprise IT Governance, IT Strategy, IT Policy Governance, Portfolio, and IT Risk Management
• Ensure IT processes and activities are designed and in compliance with internal policies
• Manage enterprise-level project and program governance, including policies, standards, SDLC, change management, performance metrics, and periodic reviews
• Conduct gap assessments against new and emerging regulations and frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement across IT Governance and processes
• Design, develop, and maintain management dashboards for strategic planning and performance monitoring
• Lead people, performance, and capability management, including goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews
• Manage IT financial governance and operational execution, including budget preparation and custody
