Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience
• Valid driving license
• Proficiency in driving cars, jeeps, and pickups
• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Strong record-keeping skills for logbooks and maintenance
• Willingness to work extended hours and holidays when required
• Ability to assist with loading and unloading of materials
• Awareness of traffic updates and safety policies

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive official vehicles including cars, jeeps, and pickups
• Perform timely repair and maintenance of official vehicles
• Ensure vehicles are kept neat and clean, both internally and externally
• Maintain accurate logbooks and vehicle records
• Manage vehicle fueling and other operational controls
• Generate vehicle assessment reports and submit to supervisor
• Ensure vehicle availability when assigned for duty
• Promptly inform supervisor of any required repair or maintenance
• Coordinate with staff for assigned duties
• Be available for emergency duties on short notice
• Assist staff in loading and unloading official materials
• Check traffic updates before commencing journeys
• Comply with all safety and security policies
• Perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor
