Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in enumerator training
• Conduct household interviews with Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRA), Pregnant/Lactating Women, and Adolescents (15–19 years) and husbands
• Follow approved sampling plan and household selection procedures
• Ensure interviews are conducted in a private and respectful setting
• Apply skip logic and validation checks during digital data collection
• Record GPS coordinates and metadata for each interview
• Submit completed digital questionnaires daily via KOBO
• Report challenges including non-response, refusals or inconsistencies
• Participate in daily debriefings with field supervisors
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of respondent information
