• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters
• Address employee grievances promptly and effectively
• Support the Campus HR Lead in conflict resolution
• Maintain detailed records of employee relations cases
• Investigate misconduct or policy violations
• Prepare investigation reports and recommend disciplinary actions
• Coordinate and facilitate domestic inquiries
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure compliance
• Ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of policies
• Keep updated on labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Perform employee degree verification and follow-ups
• Perform employee reference checks
• Conduct Indus Code of Ethics (ICOE) sessions
• Prepare periodic reports on ER cases and disciplinary trends
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee relations matters

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations across the campus
• Resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts
• Conduct investigations into policy violations and misconduct
• Facilitate disciplinary and harassment committee inquiries
• Forward relevant cases to Internal Audit and Quality Directorate
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies
• Verify employee degrees and conduct reference checks
• Promote awareness of the Indus Code of Ethics
• Report on employee relations trends and outcomes
