  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies
  • Maintain complete documentation for all recruitment processes
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters
  • Address employee grievances
  • Support in resolution of workplace conflicts
  • Maintain detailed records of employee relations cases
  • Investigate misconduct or policy violations
