Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist students, faculty, and staff in locating and using library resources
• Keep records of issued and returned books
• Keep Record of Library & PGME inventory
• Ensure a quiet, clean, and conducive library environment
• Prepare Daily /Monthly reports on library usage
• Keep records Daily IN /OUT of students or PG’S
• Assist Seniors in maintaining PGME department Other Tasks Like (Maintaining Soft data / Hard File data of the PG’s
• Assist the seniors for Arranging Induction
• Assist the seniors for arranging Assessment & Evaluation
• Assist the seniors for Auditing
• Assist to maintain the call rooms
• Any other task can be assigned by PGME Department
