  • Stabilize patients and coordinate necessary referrals

  • Counsel patients and their families, obtaining informed consent for treatments
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as conditions change
  • Ensure appropriate allocation of time and resources for patient care processes
  • Provide clinical guidance and enforce adherence to hospital guidelines and SOPs
  • Participate in clinical audits and morbidity/mortality meetings
  • Uphold infection prevention and patient safety standards
  • Facilitate high-quality care and enhance patient experience through teamwork
