- Bank Challan: An original Bank Challan or deposit slip for Rs. 3000/- (for each mentioned post) paid into Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan Account No. 0010044238650022 (Allied Bank, Azmat Road Branch) is mandatory.
- Application Forms: Prescribed application forms are available for download from the official Ghazi University website: www.gudgk.edu.pk.
- Age Relaxation: Age relaxation for initial recruitment will be admissible as per Government policy.
- TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be provided to candidates called for test/interview.
- Submission Method: Applications will only be accepted via Registered Mail or Courier. Hand-delivered applications will not be entertained.
- Government Employees: Persons already employed in any Government or other organizations must submit their applications through the proper channel. Advance copies may be sent to save time, but the requisite No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer must reach the Office of the Registrar before the deadline for receipt of applications or on the date of interview. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
- Envelope Labeling: Applicants must clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope. For applications for more than one post, separate envelopes and application processing fees are required.
- University Rights: The University reserves the right to withdraw any vacancy without assigning any reason and to shortlist candidates based on academic qualifications and tests as may be prescribed.
- Clarification: For non-teaching positions of BS-18 and above, only experience acquired in BS-17 or higher will be considered, as per the clarification issued by the Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department vide Letter No. Successful candidates will benefit from these job openings. - Last Date: The application must reach the office of the Registrar by 30-03-2026. Incomplete, unsigned, or applications received after the due date will not be considered, even if posted before the deadline.
- Note for Previously Applied Candidates: Applicants who have already submitted their applications and processing fee (Rs. 3000/-) against the previous advertisement (closing date: 05-12-2025) are not required to re-submit. However, they may submit an updated CV along with any additional or revised supporting documents to the Office of the Registrar for inclusion in their record and to ensure up-to-date consideration.
