Ensure provision of Operational support for system enhancements, migrations and technology upgrade
Manage preparation and updating of operational manuals/SOPs for relevant products & portfolios
Team building, employee engagement and contribution to create congenial environment at work place
Conflict management, grievance handling and resolution at work place
Overall operational support and management of key deliverables including:
Financial settlements and reconciliations with Payment Schemes for Credit Card – Issuing & Merchant Acquiring
Cards – Mail Management Unit
