• Effectively allocate staff based on patient acuity, workload, and available resources
• Conduct daily morning briefings with staff to discuss concerns and updates
• Ensure staff adherence to duty hours, professional attire, and punctuality
• Maintain professional conduct among healthcare workers
• Prepare wards for physician rounds and ensure patient readiness
• Oversee patient handover processes and ensure accurate documentation
• Verify ward inventory and conduct checks on supplies and equipment
• Ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and manage consumption records
• Collaborate with CNI for staff training and development initiatives
• Report any special needs or concerns of the ward to Nursing Management
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and overall ward management
• Ensure comprehensive patient assessments and care plans are completed and reviewed
• Monitor patient vital signs and document relevant health metrics
• Provide and document essential hygiene care for patients
• Accurately calculate and document patient intake and output
• Ensure prescribed patient investigations are carried out and documented
