  • Review reports from Nursing Shift Incharge for evening and night shifts, reporting all incidents to management
  • Keep the Nursing Manager informed of any special needs of the ward under their charge
  • Supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current TIH guidelines and regulations
  • Continually observe the general condition of patients and supervise bed-to-bed patient care
  • Monitor patients and ensure proper documentation is maintained and recorded on the system
  • Monitor staff performing hygiene care, medication administration, vital sign documentation, I.O.
  • Charts, I/V line and cannula care, dressing wounds, and maintaining inventories
  • Monitor the proper functioning of biomedical equipment and availability of supplies
  • Coordinate and communicate with consultants or medical officers related to patient care issues
  • Perform all tasks of staff at times of shortage of resources and in emergency situations
