Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Manage and administer Microsoft servers, including Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and Domain Controllers
  • • Configure and maintain server clusters for high availability and failover support in both production and disaster recovery sites
  • • Manage Exchange Server, including user mailboxes, distribution lists, email routing, and security settings
  • • Install, configure, and manage antivirus software to ensure server and data security
  • • Implement regular patching and updates for servers to ensure system security and stability
  • • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures, including backup strategies, data replication, and failover procedures
  • • Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and server hardening measures
  • • Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
  • • Provide technical support to end-users and assist in training staff on server-related processes and best practices
  • • Any other task assigned by the management
  • • Experience with enterprise antivirus/EDR platforms (e.g., Trend Micro, Microsoft Defender, Crowd Strike, etc.)
  • • Hands-on experience in blocking IOCs (IPs, domains, files and hashes) via AV, firewalls, and DNS filters
  • • Knowledge of Windows/Linux server security hardening and CIS/NIST benchmarks
  • • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, VPIs, IDS/IPS and managing access control lists
  • • Deploy, monitor, and manage enterprise-grade endpoint protection and EDR/XDR solutions across all systems
  • • Apply and enforce Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) across firewalls, antivirus, DNS filters, and email gateways to block advanced threats
  • • Configure, monitor, and optimize firewall standards, DLP, VPN access, and zero trust network segmentation
  • • Ensure regulatory compliance with SBP, PCI DSS, ISO standards, and ATM encryption/security protocols
  • • Monitor KPIs, suggest enhancements, and align operations with business objectives
  • • Configure and integrate new ATMs based on branch requirements; manage ATM alerts (SMS), IBFT/teller interfaces and updates, disaster recovery drills, and onboarding of new billers
  • • Collaborate with QA teams to test new features and scenarios
  • • Coordinate with Information Security and Risk teams to implement encryption measures and prevent fraud
  • • Enforce server access restrictions to authorized IPs and subnets
  • • Ensure ATM encryption, PCI-DSS compliance, and security deployment
  • • Any other task assigned by the management
  • • Administration & performance analysis for both the Host & Databases
  • • Oracle (RAC/Single Instance), Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL
  • • Assist in data migration projects, database upgrades, and system optimization and troubleshooting
  • • Backup & Disaster Recovery Technologies using Conventional, RMAN, Active Data-guard and Golden-Gate etc
  • • Installation, Upgrading, Patching management & Security of Oracle Database Single & RAC instances
  • • Hands-on Linux Administration and Shell Scripting
  • • Strong hands on experience in administration & management of MS SQL Server & MySQL
  • • Any other task assigned by the management
  • • Processing the disbursement of loan advances, ensuring accurate execution of recovery installments and markup procedures and maintaining compliance with organizational policies
  • • Sound understanding of the effective utilization of the Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) and its role in employee relations, along with effective management of welfare funds for the benefit of staff
  • • Strong coordination and liaison skills for dealing with various government agencies, including the National Industrial Relations Commission (NIRC), Labor Office, Police, and District Administration, to ensure smooth handling of institutional and employee-related matters
  • • Mortgaging and Mutation/Lien marking of property in Bank’s favor in respect of advances extended to employees for house building
  • • Arrange Pre-payment verification and post audit of disbursed advance
  • • Completion of Codal formalities and arrange legal vetting prior to disbursement of advances to employees
  • • Any other job assigned to the Unit from time to time by the competent authority
  • • Responsibilities for collection of data required in preparation of periodic financial statements
  • • Assist in preparation of periodic financial statements in accordance with applicable FRS/IAS and directives of SBP
  • • Coordination with auditors and regulatory inspection teams for provision of data as required and ensuring audit queries are timely resolved
  • • Coordination with branches & treasury division for remittance of funds and liaison with commercial banks
  • • Assist in preparation of annual budget and subsequent monitoring
  • • Coordination for control testing / compliance of internal controls over Financial Reporting
  • • Working / preparation of monthly turnover for advance tax computation by bank’s tax department
  • • Coordination with branches / cost centers with respect to data anomalies
  • • Experience of working in Resource Planning (ERP) including Oracle Hyperion will be an added advantage

  • • The position reports to the Head of Settlement and involves the following responsibilities:
  • • Settlement and accounting of Islamic Treasury Market
  • • Handling Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) and Raast system activities under the four-eye principle
  • • Managing blotters and reconciling with Treasury Front Office
  • • Reconciliation of bank accounts and managing vouchers, advices, deals, and cheques from SBP and other banks
  • • Responsible for Data Acquisition Portal (DAP), Money Market Computerized Reporting System (MMCRS), and other regulatory/statutory reporting
  • • Handling NIFT clearing and coordination with Head Office Clearing Branch
  • • Preparing reports for investment positions, outstanding call borrowing/lending, and placement positions
