- Monitor delays in sub-processes like lab tests, consultations, admissions, and referrals
- Collaborate closely with the security supervisor to maintain visitor control
- Engage with faculty, doctors, and senior staff to review and improve ED performance
- Initiate dialogues with various personnel and departments to resolve complaints and enhance standards
- Ensure the ED environment consistently meets set standards
- Maintain strong liaison with all hospital departments
- Effectively coordinate with support services and the In-charge Nurse for patient satisfaction
- Assist senior staff in managing difficult situations and interactions with challenging individuals
- Liaise with the administrative office
- Serve as a liaison with Triage Staff
- Ensure a proper registration mechanism for direct entry patients
- Provide feedback to the Head of Department regarding observations during rounds
- Demonstrate ability to perform professionally during crisis or emergency situations
- Maintain exemplary attendance and availability as per department needs
- Communicate information verbally and in writing to appropriate individuals
