Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor medical and disposable warehouse inventory stocks
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO and manage batch/expiry issues
• Prepare monthly purchase requisitions and follow up with the supply chain department
• Develop and guide warehouse staff on inventory management aspects
• Receive and sort medical supply donations, adding them to inventory
• Document GRNs, GINs, donation papers, and stock adjustments
• Manage arrangements for campus-to-campus supplies, including gate passes
• Resolve system-related inventory stock issues
• Process GRNs for imported shipments
• Conduct system documentation for the pharmacy department
• Arrange local purchase items through the supply chain department
• Supervise and verify physical stock counts monthly
• Maintain clear communication and protect confidential information
• Perform all tasks assigned by management and HOD Warehouse
