  • Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO on the floor, and handle batch and expiry issues with vigilant monitoring and cross-checks
  • Prepare purchase requisitions monthly
  • Send pending purchase reminders; follow up with the supply chain department
  • Develop and guide warehouse staff on inventory management, and control
  • Conduct and arrange Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions for technicians
  • Receive and sort medical supply donations from various sources
  • Document all relevant paperwork (GRNs, GINs, etc.)
  • Manage arrangements for campus-to-campus supplies
  • Solve system-related inventory stock issues
  • Receive imported shipments and create GRNs
  • Conduct system documentation related to the pharmacy department
  • Arrange local purchase items
  • Supervise and ensure thorough physical stock checks monthly
  • Maintain clear communication within and outside the department
