Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor medical and disposable warehouse inventory, maintaining inventory of all medical, surgical, and Cath lab supplies
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO on the floor, and handle batch and expiry issues with vigilant monitoring and cross-checks
- Prepare purchase requisitions monthly
- Send pending purchase reminders; follow up with the supply chain department
- Develop and guide warehouse staff on inventory management, and control
- Conduct and arrange Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions for technicians
- Receive and sort medical supply donations from various sources
- Document all relevant paperwork (GRNs, GINs, etc.)
- Manage arrangements for campus-to-campus supplies
- Solve system-related inventory stock issues
- Receive imported shipments and create GRNs
- Conduct system documentation related to the pharmacy department
- Arrange local purchase items
- Supervise and ensure thorough physical stock checks monthly
- Maintain clear communication within and outside the department
