Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Lead and coordinate Project Managers, supporting project planning, execution, and control
• • Govern the project portfolio, monitoring progress, budgets, resources, deadlines, and results
• • Define and implement standardized project management methodologies, processes, and tools
• • Oversee project economic and temporal planning, analyzing deviations and controlling performance
• • Manage project risks, contractual changes, and critical issues, coordinating mitigation actions
• • Prepare management reports and monitor KPIs, including dashboards and periodic analyses
• • Coordinate multidisciplinary resources and teams, fostering collaboration
• • Manage relationships with clients and strategic stakeholders
• • Develop the Project Management team's competencies and promote best practices
• • Ensure contractual, qualitative, and HSE compliance in coordination with relevant departments
