- Organize, catalog, and classify books, journals, and digital resources
- Maintain updated records of library inventory (soft and hard copy)
- Ensure proper shelving and systematic arrangement of materials
- Identify and recommend acquisition of new books, journals, and digital resources
- Coordinate with procurement for purchase and subscription renewals
- Maintain access to online databases and e-resources
- Assist students, residents, staff and faculty in locating research materials
- Provide guidance on reference tools and database usage
- Promote library services and academic resources
- Maintain records of book issuance, returns, and overdue tracking
- Prepare monthly utilization and inventory reports
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and audit requirements
- Maintain a quiet and organized study environment
- Assist in audits, surveys, feedback collection, and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in academic committees and PGME meetings as assigned
