• Location: Beverwijk, Noord-Holland, The Netherlands
• Company: Wolfram Chain (Client of JR Netherlands)
• Key Responsibilities: Team leadership, operational coordination, quality & safety management, process optimization.
• Required Education: MBO+/HBO level
• Salary: Up to €4,187.50 gross per month
• Working Hours: 39 hours per week, full continuous roster

Skills

• Excellent command of the Dutch language (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Results-oriented approach with a coaching leadership style
• Ability to work in a full continuous roster/varying shifts
• Experience in a logistics or operational environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating operational teams
• Coordinating daily logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitoring and maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards
• Achieving operational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements
• Conducting progress, absence, and performance reviews
