Skills

• Master's Degree or equivalent in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Education Management, Project Management Information System
• Experience in Project Implementation of large-scale government or donor-funded programs/projects, preferably in Education
• Hands-on experience in developing Annual Work Plans and designed documents such as working papers/concept notes, proposals, progress reports
• Experience in local & foreign university management duly recognized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage project implementation and coordination
• Oversee development of annual work plans and project documentation
• Ensure progress reports are accurately prepared
• Liaise with local and foreign universities for program management
