Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage procurement and contracting strategies aligned with PCB's objectives
• Manage sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contracting processes across diverse categories
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, PPRA Rules, and applicable legal and regulatory frameworks
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier and service contracts to ensure performance, value, and risk mitigation
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor performance
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operational teams to ensure alignment of contractual obligations with PCB's objectives
• Maintain a central repository of all procurement and contract documents to ensure traceability and audit readiness
