Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect program data and ensure its consistency for consolidation
• Conduct monitoring visits for data validation and provide technical support for error-free recording
• Maintain a district-level database of reported data as a backup
• Monitor community mobilization processes
• Establish, manage, and strengthen Accountability to Beneficiaries mechanisms at the district level
• Build capacity of partner organizations on accountability themes
• Conduct regular field monitoring of program interventions and produce monitoring reports
• Conduct debrief sessions with program staff and develop agreed action plans
• Carry out follow-up monitoring visits to implement action plans and maintain a 'Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker'
• Participate in monthly cluster/review meetings
• Manage the Complaint and Feedback Mechanism at the district level
• Maintain a complaints and feedback tracking database and follow up on complaints for resolution
• Assist the Provincial M&E Officer in identifying key compliance/quality questions
• Assist SR, SSRs in reviewing databases and tracking tools to maintain data quality
• Assist in carrying out baseline surveys, monitoring and evaluation exercises, and impact assessments
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager
