Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect program data on given templates and ensure data consistency
- Carry out monitoring visits for data validation/verification
- Provide technical backstopping for error free data recording
- Maintain database of data being reported
- Monitor community mobilization process
- Establish, manage and strengthen Accountability to Beneficiaries mechanisms
- Carry out regular field monitoring
- Produce monitoring reports
- Conduct debrief sessions with relevant program staff and develop an agreed action plan
- Carry out follow-up monitoring visits
- Maintain ‘Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker’ at field level
- Participate in monthly cluster/ review meeting
- Manage Complaint and Feedback Mechanism
- Maintain complaints and feedback tracking database and do follow up on complaints to reach a resolution
- Assist Provincial M&E Officer in identifying key compliance/quality questions
- Assist SR, SSRs in reviewing data bases and data tracking tools
- Assist in carrying out baseline surveys, monitoring and evaluation exercises and impact assessments
