• 4 years total experience required, with 2-3 years in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and data management, and data management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect program data on given templates and ensure data consistency
• Carry out monitoring visits for data validation/verification
• Provide technical backstopping for error free data recording
• Maintain database of data being reported
• Monitor community mobilization process
• Establish, manage and strengthen Accountability to Beneficiaries mechanisms
• Carry out regular field monitoring
• Produce monitoring reports
• Conduct debrief sessions with relevant program staff and develop an agreed action plan
• Carry out follow-up monitoring visits
• Maintain ‘Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker’ at field level
• Participate in monthly cluster/ review meeting
• Manage Complaint and Feedback Mechanism
• Maintain complaints and feedback tracking database and do follow up on complaints to reach a resolution
• Assist Provincial M&E Officer in identifying key compliance/quality questions
• Assist SR, SSRs in reviewing data bases and data tracking tools
• Assist in carrying out baseline surveys, monitoring and evaluation exercises and impact assessments
