Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect program data on given templates and ensure data consistency for consolidation
- Carry out monitoring visits for data validation/verification and provide technical backstopping for error-free data recording
- Maintain a database of reported data as a backup at the district level
- Monitor community mobilization processes
- Establish, manage, and strengthen Accountability to Beneficiaries mechanisms at the district level, including capacity building of partners
- Conduct regular field monitoring of program interventions at the district level and produce monitoring reports
- Conduct debrief sessions with relevant program staff and develop agreed action plans
- Carry out follow-up monitoring visits to materialize actions agreed in action plans and maintain a 'Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker'
- Participate in monthly cluster/review meetings
- Manage the Complaint and Feedback Mechanism at the district level to facilitate beneficiary complaints and feedback
- Maintain a complaints and feedback tracking database and follow up on complaints to reach resolution involving relevant project/program staff
- Assist the Provincial M&E Officer in identifying key compliance/quality questions based on checklists and minimum standards for monitoring project performance
- Assist SR, SSRs in reviewing databases and data tracking tools to maintain data quality for collating reliable and consistent data meeting GFATM reporting requirements
- Assist in carrying out baseline surveys, monitoring and evaluation exercises, and impact assessments when needed
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager
