• Offer counseling to family members of individuals experiencing depression or anxiety
• Undertake home visits when necessary to provide support
• Engage in community mobilization activities for awareness-raising sessions
• Assist with research activities, including data collection, as programmatically required
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all patient interactions, conversations, and referrals
• Fulfill other duties as assigned that are relevant to the role
