Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide lay counseling and support to individuals identified with depression/anxiety
• Maintain meticulous records of client treatment progress
• Create a secure and empathetic environment for clients to share personal issues
• Offer counseling to family members of individuals experiencing depression/anxiety
• Undertake home visits as necessary
• Organize and lead community mobilization activities for awareness sessions
• Assist with research activities, including data collection, as per program needs
• Ensure absolute confidentiality regarding all patients, conversations, and referrals
• Fulfill any other related duties assigned by the program
