• Provide essential newborn care, well-baby clinic visits, and neonatal resuscitation
• Perform trained interventions including circumcision, IMCI, and vaccinations
• Counsel and educate women, families, and the community on health topics
• Provide non-surgical family planning methods and counseling for surgical methods
• Obtain specialized assistance and manage referrals effectively
• Share knowledge and skills with midwifery, medical, and nursing students
• Perform administrative duties such as patient charting and data reporting
• Participate in research, professional organizations, and continuing education
• Follow established health center policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in the provision of 24-hour maternity service, including potential on-call duties
