Support harmonization of procurement systems, including formulating rules, regulations, SBDs, and code of ethics
Conduct economic and other studies to enhance the procurement system
Review and improve the functioning of procurement cells within ministries and divisions
Draft regulatory frameworks for e-procurement and public-private partnerships
Review existing frameworks and develop new ones to ensure innovation and upgradation
