Duties and Responsibilities:

• To manage Corporate Tax Affairs of the Bank, including handling notices under various sections, appeals at various levels, and refund applications
• To manage timely filing and submission of Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual, and Annual statements/returns as required under Income Tax Ordinance, 2001
• To manage Provincial Sales Tax matters and their respective returns under various provincial and federal sales tax authorities
• To coordinate with the Branches and Regions to ensure timely submission of withholding taxes details to the Head Office
• To execute e-filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements under section 165 and 165A of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001
• To prepare advance tax payment workings of the Bank
• To assist in the Income Tax Return Filings of the Bank
• To maintain the Tax record
• To liaise with Tax Consultant for effective management of Taxation matters
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
