  • Record and process patient expectations, complaints, and suggestions
  • Play an active role in organizing center events involving patients
  • Maintain patient communication records, including photographs and consent forms
  • Ensure patient activity areas are clean, orderly, and patient-friendly
  • Oversee proper and timely serving of food to patients
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Center Manager
