Duties and Responsibilities:

- Clarify treatment procedures, timelines, and potential complications to patients and families
- Coordinate rehabilitation services across different sections of the PRC
- Ensure patient consent and checkout forms are completed and signed
- Maintain complete patient records, including BFTA forms as per ICRC requirements
- Record and process patient expectations, complaints, and suggestions
- Play an active role in organizing center events involving patients
- Maintain patient communication records, including photographs and consent forms
- Ensure patient activity areas are clean, orderly, and patient-friendly
- Oversee proper and timely serving of food to patients
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Center Manager
