• After submitting your online application, you will be required to generate a prescribed online deposit slip, which will include a token number and project code.
• Take a printout of this generated deposit slip and proceed to deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) at any branch of UBL Bank or through the Easypaisa app.
• Ensure you keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with your bank's stamp for your records and do not share it with anyone.
• Following the online application and fee submission, do not send any documents or testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonials and documents will only be required from candidates who successfully qualify the screening test, as and when requested by the Appointing Authority.
• The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk until 19th February, 2026.
• The final deadline for submitting your online application is 09th March, 2026.
• Candidates will be notified via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Please ensure your provided mobile number is active and can receive ported/converted numbers.
• Test Dates, Times, and Venues will be communicated on the Roll No. Slips.
• No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test; all communication will be through postal/courier means.
