Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect blood and other specimens as per doctor’s request and ensure timely ward collections
• Generate IRS, confirm specimen collection, and reject samples that do not meet SOP criteria
• Maintain phlebotomy equipment, perform monthly analyzer maintenance, and report issues to Biomedical/Engineering teams
• Ensure proper sharp disposal and maintain cleanliness of the phlebotomy and collection areas
• Maintain weekly stock levels and ensure availability of all consumables
• Accurately maintain collection data and follow all safety, infection control, and SOP guidelines
• Participate in blood donation camps and outreach drives to perform donor blood collection as per blood bank SOPs
