  • Execute phlebotomy procedures accurately and collect blood samples according to SOPs
  • Manage the dispatch of blood bags from collection points to the blood center
  • Verify patient identification and ensure precise labeling of all collected samples
  • Administer post-donation care and effectively manage any adverse reactions
  • Handle offline donor registration and data backup processes
  • Manage the transfer of BBMIS data between offline devices and the live server
  • Conduct daily quality control checks and maintenance for haemoglobinometers
  • Perform calibration verification and necessary maintenance for bio mixers
  • Maintain accurate logs for daily temperatures and cleaning schedules
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping of donor information and collection details within BBMIS
  • Clean and prepare all blood drive equipment, including couches and carts
  • Load and unload equipment for blood drives
  • Meet established productivity targets and adhere to safety regulations
  • Manage phlebotomy stock inventory and record consumption in HMIS
  • Prepare daily reports on stock consumption
  • Uphold institutional policies and actively engage in accreditation processes
  • Ensure continuous availability of phlebotomy supplies
