Skills

• Minimum 16 years of education in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, Advertising, Digital Media, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution
• Higher qualifications or professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Content Strategy, Social Media Management, or related areas are advantageous
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience in digital communications, public relations, media relations, or a combination thereof, with progressively increasing responsibility
• Demonstrated experience managing social media channels, digital content calendars, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent platforms)
• Strong and established contacts across Pakistan's media and digital landscape, including print, broadcast, digital publications, influencer networks, and content creator communities
• Experience in managing communications and media activity around events, brand or platform launches, program activations, government initiatives, or trade delegations
• Candidates from the private sector, corporate communications, digital media, or entertainment industry are equally encouraged to apply
• Experience in crisis communications and reputation management will be considered an added advantage
• Experience with country marketing and international PR will be considered an added advantage
