  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluations for all phlebotomy staff
  • Develop and manage duty rosters and leave schedules for the phlebotomy team
  • Conduct training sessions, assess staff competencies, and manage performance reviews
  • Uphold discipline, ensure adherence to SOPs, and promote professional conduct among staff
  • Strictly enforce biosafety, infection control, and waste disposal protocols
  • Investigate and meticulously report any incidents, including needle-stick injuries and adverse events
  • Foster a patient-focused and secure service environment
  • Ensure venipuncture and blood collection strictly follow physician orders, hospital protocols, and approved SOPs
