• Recruitment Process: Recruitment will be conducted at the district level with the assistance of newly established Employment Cells. For BPS-01 to BPS-15 positions, the process will involve walk-in-interviews.
• Document Verification: Original documents, including a valid driving license (Learner's Driving License is not admissible), must be presented at the time of interview, along with attested copies.
• Medical Examination: Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive medical examination conducted by the authorized Civil Surgeon of the Federal Government. Medically Unfit candidates will be disqualified.
• Domicile Certificate: In case of fake/bogus or non-verification of domicile certificate, the appointment letter will not be issued.
• Character Verification: The character and antecedents of selected candidates will be verified. Any incorrect/false information or criminal record may lead to cancellation of candidature.
• IT Training: Candidates appointed to the posts of Assistant (BS-15) and LDC (BS-11) must qualify for a mandatory prescribed IT Training course conducted by the National Information Technology Board (NITB) before the completion of their probation period.
• NHMP Rights: The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment at any stage due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Communication: Candidates will be informed about test schedules via SMS/WhatsApp and are advised to keep their mobile numbers operational.
• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be granted for the interview.
