Skills

• Experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
• Proficiency in fabrication and erection of structural steel, piping, modules, and equipment
• Knowledge of IFC drawings and specifications
• Ability to coordinate QA/QC, Planning, and Procurement
• Skills in preparing method statements, lifting plans, and risk assessments
• Capability to monitor manpower, productivity, and project milestones
• Experience in supervising offshore jackets, decks, derricks, bridges, and piles
• Proficiency in welding activities and compliance with approved WPS and specified welding parameters
• Ability to coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and NDT
• Skills in rectifying welding defects
• Capability to track welding productivity and maintain performance reports
• Experience in piping spool fabrication and erection
• Proficiency in isometric drawings and P&IDs
• Skills in fit-up, welding, hydrotesting, and reinstatement activities
• Ability to monitor material traceability
• Enforcement of strict safety practices during hot work and confined space operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise fabrication and erection of structural steel, piping, modules, and equipment in compliance with IFC drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution
• Prepare method statements, lifting plans, and risk assessments in line with safety and company procedures
• Monitor manpower, productivity, and daily progress, ensuring targets and milestones are met
• Supervise fabrication of offshore jackets, decks, derricks, bridges, and piles as per approved drawings, ensuring alignment and dimensional accuracy
• Coordinate with Stores for material availability and with QC for inspections to maintain quality compliance
• Monitor production targets, manpower efficiency, and support safe execution
• Supervise welding activities, ensuring compliance with approved WPS and specified welding parameters
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and NDT, monitor consumable control, and rectify welding defects with corrective actions
• Track welding productivity and maintain accurate performance reports
• Supervise piping spool fabrication and erection in compliance with isometric drawings and P&IDs
• Monitor fit-up, welding, hydrotesting, and reinstatement activities, coordinating with QA/QC for inspections and ensuring material traceability
• Enforce strict safety practices during hot work and confined space operations
