Very good command of spoken and written English

Experience in project planning, scheduling, resource estimation, and analysis, delay analysis, and preparation of EOT claims
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow the standard procedures defined by the Planning Manager and develop planning and scheduling templates
Execute and monitor integration methodologies between different departments and the Planning Department
Review and develop resource-loaded schedules for projects
Analyze progress data and ensure proper updates of the project schedule
Prepare periodic planning and progress reports
Identify root causes of delays and recommend corrective actions
Analyze delay events and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims based on contractual clauses
Attend meetings with consultants and client representatives to ensure project requirements are achieved while protecting company interests
Conduct internal meetings with project teams to discuss project planning requirements and progress
