• Fabrication of prosthetic and orthotic devices
• Assembly of prosthetic and orthotic devices
• Following proper procedures
• Maintaining records of materials and components
• Assisting in casting and modification
• Performing finishing operations
• Ensuring patient safety
• Maintaining machinery and tools
• Following safety precautions

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble prosthetic and orthotic devices based on the guidance of the Prosthetist/Orthotist
• Follow proper procedures and record the issuance of materials from the store
• Inform the Supervisor about stock consumption and any required stock replenishment
• Assist the P&O in casting and modification processes
• Draping (Molding) or Laminations, Cutting, Finishing and reverting, Making soft insert (liner)
• Perform bench alignment of devices
• Assist the P&O in modifications during the fitting/gate training process
• Perform final operations on all devices to ensure patient safety and biomechanical correction
• Ensure the maintenance of machinery and tools
• Report any pertinent information to the P&O
• Participate in follow-up procedures and repair of orthotic/Prosthetic devices
• Adhere to strict confidentiality as dictated by staff regulations
• Respect and observe the protocols and regulations of the Center
• Follow all safety precautions, including wearing appropriate protective gear
• Ensure that production targets are met in accordance with the Supervisor's instructions
