Key Positions Available:

• Shift Control Engineer: Requires BS Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics with a minimum of 03 years of experience in power plant operations.
• Security Officer: Open to Retired Army Officers (Major Rank) with a minimum Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in security management. Age limit up to 52 years.

• Excellent knowledge of power plant systems
• Experience in controlling plant operation through SCADA
• Familiarity with safety protocols and SOPs
• Liaison and coordination with local administration and intelligence agencies
• Security system functioning knowledge
• Ability to organize training sessions and mock drills
• Proficiency in report supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor complex operations via SCADA
• Assist shift charge engineer in maintaining close liaison with ISMO/RCC/NGC, Dadyal & Kotli Grid Stations
• Identify and report plant defects and ensure timely repairs
• Assist senior shift charge engineer in providing technical input during supply restoration
• Prepare daily operational logs and assist senior shift charge engineer
• Ensure operation of the complex within technical limits
• Liaise and coordinate with Local Administration, Pakistan Army and Intelligence Agencies for overall security
• Attend security-related meetings
• Enhance site security and ensure proper deployment of security elements
• Ensure proper functioning of Security Alaram System, CCTV systems, and Security checkpoints
• Ensure protection of critical plant components including Dam structure, Powerhouse, Offices and residential colonies
• Prevent sabotage, theft, trespassing, and unauthorized activities
• Organize regular training sessions, mock drills, and awareness programs
• Supervise proper record of Daily deployment and visitor logs etc
• Handle any other assigned task by immediate supervisor/manager
