Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification for Principal: M.A/M.Sc/B.Ed/M.Ed from an HEC recognized institution. Ph.D/M.Phil is preferred.
• Minimum qualification for School Heads: M.A/M.Sc/B.S (Hons) and B.Ed/M.Ed from an HEC recognized institution. Higher additional degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in Higher Classes for Principal, and 10 years teaching to Higher Classes and 03 years as Headmaster/Headmistress/Section Head for School Heads.
• Age Limit: 40 to 55 years for Principal, 35 to 55 years for School Heads.
• Salary Package: Rs. 2,75,000/- per month for Principal, Rs. 1,50,000/- per month for School Heads, including all allowances.

Note: Selected candidates may be hired on a fixed-term contract of one year, extendable based on performance. Candidates with 3rd Division in their educational career will not be considered. Strong leadership, fluency in English, and post-qualification experience are essential.
