Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic, instructional, and operational leadership in a multicultural and internationally oriented educational environment
• Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and reporting systems
• Manage staff recruitment, induction, mentoring, appraisal, professional development, and performance
• Maintain effective parent, community, and stakeholder relations
• Manage daily school operations, timetabling, admissions, examinations, and records
• Liaise with local authorities and accreditation bodies
• Ensure financial oversight and resource management, including budget planning and forecasting
• Support planning and school improvement initiatives
